GVPTA's Theatre Guide is the top result when searching the web for theatre in Metro Vancouver. Make sure your production gets noticed; list early, and list often!
Post your listing as far in advance of the show as you wish; postings stay up online until the show is over. Please note that for performances that run longer than 4 weeks, listings may appear in up to two Theatre Guide newsletter issues during the course of a show's run. The Theatre Guide newsletter is issued bi-weekly, every other Wednesday.
Please note: The submission deadline for inclusion in the Theatre Guide newsletter is the Monday prior to the newsletter, at 4:00pm PT.

Individual Productions and Events
Use this form to submit individual productions and performing arts events.
- Multiple Locations: For performance runs with multiple locations, please submit a single listing, noting the locations and their related dates in the Event Dates and Times field. (Do not submit a separate listing for each location throughout the performance run).
- Add-ons and Special Performance: If your event includes talk-backs, relaxed performances, previews, promotional performances, or other special presentations, identify them in the Event Dates and Times field.
- Box Office: If tickets are required to attend the event, your Buy Tickets link must be included on the listing and live when submitting a posting.

Use this form to submit your performing arts festival as a whole, and not individual productions or events within a festival.
- Submit individual productions and events within a Festival by clicking on the "Individual Events" option above.
- Festival listings can have one umbrella listing that spans multiple dates.
