Click on the tabs below to select the type of listing you would like to submit.
Individual Events: Promote an individual theatre production, event, theatrical readings and presentations, and other performing arts events.
Festivals: Promote a festival with one umbrella listing that spans multiple dates. The festival description may include information about the different performances, but if you would like to promote individual shows within the festival, submit additional listings using the Individual Events form.
Individual Productions & Events
Use this form to submit individual productions and performing arts events.
Multiple Locations: For performance runs with multiple locations, please submit a single listing, noting the locations and their related dates in the Event Dates and Times field. (Do not submit a separate listing for each location throughout the performance run).
Add-ons and Special Performance: If your event includes talk-backs, relaxed performances, previews, promotional performances, or other special presentations, identify them in the Event Dates and Times field.
Box Office: If tickets are required to attend the event, your Buy Tickets link must be included on the listing and live when submitting a posting.
Festival Listing
Use this form to submit your performing arts festival as a whole, and not individual productions or events within a festival.
- Submit individual productions and events within a Festival by clicking on the "Individual Events" option above.
- Festival listings can have one umbrella listing that spans multiple dates.
