A message from Artistic Director Aaron Craven:

Hello to colleagues and followers of Mitch and Murray Productions.  I hope 2018 has been treating you well.

It's with great pleasure that I announce another presentation of an acting scholarship for young actors, a twice yearly initiative of our company to give back to our industry.  This scholarship, consisting of acting training and mentoring at our Working Actors Gym, will be presented to a deserving actor under the age of 25.  This scholarship has been awarded to five previous recipients.

I decided to name this scholarship in honour of my brother Trevor Craven, who passed away in a car accident in 1986 at the age of 15.  Trevor was an outstanding athlete, an honour roll student and a well known young man in my hometown of North Vancouver.

The award will consist of an 8 week block of classes, once weekly.  I also provide career mentoring as part of the scholarship.  More details on my teaching background and career can be found at www.mitchandmurrayproductions.com

The scholarship is open to actors between the ages of 18-25 who have had previous acting training and/or professional acting experience.

To apply, please the send the following materials to us at info@mitchandmurrayproductions.com

- A photo and resume

- A one page letter in DOC or PDF format.  Tell us a bit about your background, what you know of our company and why you think you're a good candidate for the scholarship.

The current application deadline is March 15th, 2018.

Thank you in advance to all the applicants.
