Visceral Visions

Visceral Visions is a multidisciplinary arts company led by Co-Artistic Producers Valerie Sing Turner (founder) and Anju Singh. Since 2003, our mandate has been to champion diverse provocative voices that struggle to be heard in an increasingly homogenized world through the media of artistic expression, and to promote and foster Indigenous and racialized artists in Canada.

In addition to developing new artistic works, VV also advocates for equity, meaningful representation, and radical inclusion for BIPOC artists through artistic collaboration and our community-driven initiative, CultureBrew.Art (CBA), a digital platform that features a Canada-wide searchable database of BIPOC artists working in the literary, media, performing, and visual arts.
