Submission Guidelines:
Vancouver Theatre Guide Listings

Submit your Vancouver Theatre Guide Listing via the online form here.

To help get you started, here are some guidelines on how to complete the form:

Within the online form, enter the title of your performance, venue location, and the start and end dates of your production. For single day performances, uncheck the "All Day" box to enter specific performance times.

You may provide an event image. Note that horizontal orientation works best with our website. Please provide an image that does not contain text, as it may be difficult to read in a smaller format.

The Event Dates and Times box provides space to include specific dates and times of performances including any special presentations.

Indicate the target audience for your production under Audience.

Under Accessibility, select any options that are relevant to your production.

In the Ticket Price field, breakdown your pricing structure. You may also directly link to ticket purchase under Buy Tickets link.

You have the option of creating a regular listing or a featured listing (additional charge). Featured listings are highlighted on Vancouver Theatre Guide, in our newsletter, and featured on the front page of the GVPTA website.

Complete the form, click Submit and you'll be sent to a preview page.
Please review all information for accuracy and click Submit.

Once your listing has been submitted, you'll get a message that a submission email has been delivered to your email. From here, you can close the window or submit another listing.
